Please contact us to pre-register for classes. When you commit to your own yoga schedule, it can be helpful to get you to your mat because you have already committed to yourself, to your yoga practice, to your health. And consistency is where you will see changes in your practice!

Ravine Bridge Yoga Flow with Jasmin (weather permitting)

Build strength with a challenging flow class on the ravine bridge! Breathe in fresh air and rinse stress out with some soothing stretching and relaxation at the end of class.

Yoga for Mobility & Joint Health with Jasmin
Wednesdays @ 9:30am
Pre-registered & drop in.

Calling all gardeners, golfers & bikers! Bring balance back into your body as you enjoy your summer activities! Build strength to protect you from injury. Improve mobility as you are guided through poses and other movements to help relieve tension in the most common areas of soreness (lower back, hamstrings, hips and shoulders)! Use this class to create ease in your movement and to decrease pain!

Sunset Beach Yoga & Bevies with Janelle (weather permitting)
Wednesdays @ 6:30pm
Pre-registered class. Minimum of 6 people. Drop in is available if we get enough registered for the entire session.

Enjoy the breeze and rejuvenating energy from the lake as we practice on a beautiful deck at Ma Me O Beach. After yoga, enjoy the sunset as you relax by the lake and enjoy a bevie of your choice. BYOB! Directions will be given once registered!

Yoga for Anxiety & Depression with Janelle
Thursdays @ 4pm
Pre-registered session only. Only 8 spots available to maintain an intimate and private group setting.

Both anxiety and depression can be extremely difficult and debilitating. There are many tools that can be used to either calm the body and mind down or energize them, depending on what you are needing. In this class you will learn different breathing exercises and movements to help with anxiety and depression and the symptoms they may cause. I have experienced anxiety in different ways in my body from my heart rate rapidly increasing to waviness/dizziness to sudden weakness in my limbs, and the fear of the unknown made it so much worse. When anxiety presents itself, it is being able to have the tools to support ourselves in it and perhaps decrease the chance of it happening again or minimize its power. And when depressive symptoms are upon us, it is HOW we move and shape our body that can have a very strong impact on lifting our mood and perspective. You will learn tools from this class to take home with you for continued support.

Fitness Fusion with Janelle

This class will encompass resistance training and exercises to improve cardiovascular fitness and core strength. You will also learn to lift free weights correctly! Multi movement exercises will also be offered for a full body workout! Modifications can be given if needed.

Restorative/Yin Yoga & Happy Hour with Janelle

Delve into blissful class as you move into deeper muscle and connective tissue tension. Decrease stress on your nervous system as you learn tools on how to unwind and relax your body and mind. After class, enjoy some appies and bevie of your choice!

This class gives you a full body experience with yoga poses that build strength, improve balance. increase body awareness, proprioception and help prevent injury . Class is finished off with core strengthening, stretching & relaxation.

Gentle Yoga, Light Weights & Therapy Balls for Beginners with Janelle
Fridays @ 11am
Pre-registered & drop in.

Learn gentle movement to support your mobility. Learn how to lift weights correctly for specific muscle groups supporting bone density and lean body mass. There is research that shows we lose 1 pound of lean body mass after the age of 35 so we have to work at keeping it!
We will then decrease muscle tension and help increase healthy range of motion by learning to use therapy balls. You will learn different exercises for specific muscle groups with the therapy balls which you can take home with you and use any time you need!

Massage Therapy Balls for Mobility with Janelle

This class uses therapy balls that provide targeted self-massage trigger point therapy by using specially designed high grip rubber massage balls and focused movement routines to help penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high tension areas.

Restorative/Yin Yoga, Essential Oils & Yoga Nidra for Stress Relief with Janelle

The intention of this class is to provide a safe space for students to let go of tension and cultivate peace and balance. Poses will be held between 3-5minutes, and the body will be supported by props to allow the nervous system to thoroughly unwind. There will be use of essential oils that are specifically chosen for their calming, grounding & stress-relieving properties. The human body was not designed to handle being in a state of fight or flight constantly. In order to help the body and mind optimally deal with the challenges of daily life, it is crucial that we cultivate stillness and silence to switch into the parasympathetic nervous system which can give your body time to rest and your mind the space to unwind and let go. To help complete this practice, we will finish with a short yoga nidra session and receive deep rest and restoration. This is an extremely healing practice.Yoga Nidra has been referred to as sleep yoga and it has been said that 30 minutes of it is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep. You will be guided as you rest, allowing your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. We have extra props for you to use but you are welcome to bring your own blanket, eye pillow and whatever else you need for support.
