This is the class for you!
Are you always sore & stiff after your sport or activity? Do you feel like you are losing your flexibility & mobility? Join us for a therapeutic practice that uses intentional movement & targets specific areas in your body to help you decrease muscle tension & increase mobility. Learn more about what happens to our muscles & tissues as we age & what we can do to be preventative and also improve flexibility. As an added benefit, we will be using therapeutic grade essential oils that are approved by Health Canada and are used specifically for muscle tension, strains and rheumatoid arthritis. Join us & discover why this is such a popular practice!
Rise & Shine Yoga with Jasmin on Tuesdays @ 7:45am (60min)
Rise & shine...it's yoga time! What a way to start the day! Gently wake up your body with your morning yoga practice including sun salutations for building strength & endurance and poses for balance and flexibility to support the health of your joints. This class is designed to rinse and rejuvenatethe body and get it ready for the day ahead!
Yoga & Weights Fusion with Janelle on Thursdays @ 5pm OR Fridays @ 11am
In this class, improve your stamina & endurance while you hold yoga poses and add dynamic movement with small weights to some of the poses. Dynamic movement with a little extra weight will challenge you in different ways! Also, adding weights can increase lean body mass which helps to support your joints, burn more energy throughout the day and increase bone density.
Weight Training Class with Jasmin on Tuesdays @ 7:30pm (45min)
This class will teach you basic alignment and correct form for lifting free weights. There will be a different focus each class on working specific muscle groups (back & biceps, legs, etc).
Cardio Fitness Class with Kris on Wednesdays @ 6:15pm (45min)
This well balanced class combines fun cardio moves with functional exercises designed to keep us mobile in our daily activities. Suitable for all fitness levels.

This class will be taking place at Ma Me O Beach. Exact location will be announced closer to the date. Please wear layers & bring a yoga mat, beach towel, water & your favourite dish & bevies for the potluck!

What to bring: Have kids wear comfy clothes, bring jammies as an option for movie watching, a sleeping bag & pillow & yoga mat (we have mats for rent if needed)
While the kids are playing, there are some great restaurants to enjoy at the Village for a relaxing date night!

In this class, children will practice a variety of yoga poses to help them develop strength of mind and body. Weekly classes are thematically based incorporating stories, music and games.

Join us for a new surprise every week as we play/explore different styles of dance. Learn new moves for the dance floor, improve your coordination, cardiovascular fitness and develop new brain to body pathways.
Move & Groove Dance for Kids with Miss Krista (Date & time TBA)
FUNky beats that will move their feet! Children will explore the basics of dance while exploring their own natural movement.
