The intention of this class is to move into our hearts. We will be using yin yoga poses, energy exercises & essential oils for the heart. Once we have finished class, we will have time to relax, enjoy some vino & make 1 item of your choice at our Valentine blending bar:

Yoga, Essential Oils & Dreamboarding

This class will consist of using yoga poses & essential oils that are specific to the fire element! Your fire chakra/energy center in the body is all about personal power, change, will & passion.
We will take the energy we have created in class and start our dreamboards and be on our way to manifesting our dreams and what we want to create more of in our lives!

Date: Friday March 3 @ 6:30pm

Cost: $35 ($25 for class & oils. $10 for supplies)

Fitness with Jessica on Mondays @ 6:30am or 9:15am (60min)
At these classes, you can expect to get a full body workout that will touch on all aspects of your fitness including strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility and mobility. These classes cater to all different fitness levels, so whether you are a beginner or an expert you can expect to leave class feeling well worked and accomplished! As an educated, qualified and experienced instructor I can guarantee a safe workout every time. For those of you with injuries or any other issues that may cause you to worry that the class will be too challenging, the movements in these classes can be modified to offer you a safe yet challenging alternative.

Cardio & Function Fitness Class with Kris on Sundays @ 9am (45min)
This well balanced class combines fun cardio moves with functional exercises designed to keep us mobile in our daily activities. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Sunday FUNday Yoga & Fitness Combo! 9am Fitness & 10am Gentle Yoga Flow
Take care of your heart with some cardio then give it some more love with a gentle flow class. Clear out the body with movement & breath to get ready for your week ahead & enjoy your yoga bliss & relaxation for the rest of your Sunday!

Choose your challenge & participate in as many as you can in 30 days! You may just want fitness & meditation or fitness & yoga so you create the content of your own challenge. We have combined the 3 because there are so many benefits to having a regular yoga, fitness & meditation regime. They also compliment one another to help balance the human "being" & the human "doing" parts of us! 

30 Day Challenge Pricing:

  • Yoga: Unlimited Pass $175

Busy Little Bees (Aged 3 - 5 years)

Saturdays @ 11:45am (60min)

Drop in is available at $16 or we can pro-rate your pass!
Children will practice a variety of yoga poses, to help them develop strength of mind and body. Weekly classes are thematically based incorporating stories, music and games.

Guided Meditation with Gwen on Fridays @ 11am
Friday February 10, 17, 24 & March 3
Cost: $20

This short session will guide you through a meditation. Each week the meditation will be different so you will experience the variety of guided meditations that are available. It will be right after moksha yoga on Friday so you have an option to stay and add little more bliss to your Saturday morning!

Yoga Nidra/Sleep Meditation with Gwen on Mondays @ 7pm
Monday February 13, 20 & 27
Cost: $15

Unwind your nervous system. Also known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, Yoga Nidra is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. We live in a chronically exhausted, overstimulated world. Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of complete relaxation, holistically addressing our physiological & neurological needs.

Getting Started With Mandalas

Mandala Series: Every time you come you may choose your experience:

Starting Fresh- Beginning a new project, on a fresh canvas, you’ll get some pointers on painting a background, and getting started on building your mandala. Depending on your own, preferred rate of painting your Mandala project, you may or may not finish in one sitting. $25.00

A Work in Progress- This is where you bring your past mandala project to work on. Because fewer materials are used at this point, your cost is lower for this option. $15.00 

For both options, you will benefit from the instruction given on painting and mandala building. This class is relaxed, and meant for those who wish to explore their intuitive painting and some fun artistic methods.  Margot has been doing and instructing art for many years and enjoys sharing her love of creativity.

Watercolour Workshop for Beginners

This 5 hour workshop is for people who want to reacquaint themselves with, and for those who have never tried this delightful art form; watercolour painting.  Basic skills taught: brush stroke techniques, how to use materials and tools, colour mixing and various tricks and tips. 
A list of supplies needed will be provided upon registration. A starter kit can be made available upon request. Cost for starter kit $50. All other materials supplied. 
There is a minimum # of students to run the class, so please tell 2 friends so we can run this for you in our local community!
