If you can come to the potluck, please let me know what you would like to bring. This will be a great way for all of us to connect with one another and relax.
Where: Ma-Me-O Beach for Potluck and depending on algae advisories, we will be at Pigeon or Battle Lake for the SUPing.
- 1-3pm- Learn to SUP Cost: $55 (only 6 spots- if you are new to SUP this should be taken before the SUP fitness/yoga class)
- 3:30-4:30pm-Fitness/Yoga SUP Cost: $25 (only 6 spots- for those with paddleboard experience)
- 6:30pm- Community Potluck

Class Description for Learn to Stand Up Paddleboard:
Get comfortable on-board with a 2 hour SUP Lesson. Start with dry-land instruction before progressing into the water to exercise and practice the fundamentals of Stand-up paddling!
Class Description for Fitness/Yoga & Lake Tour SUP:
Each session starts with a dry land warm-up, followed by "on-board" interval paddle, fitness and yoga strength training. We end the session with a relaxing stretch/yoga float! As one of the best activities for all-round athletic development you'll see improvements to your core strength, muscle tone, balance and endurance. This session provides the ultimate total body, high calorie burning workout!
